A native New Yorker now living in Chicago, Tracy still considers herself a newbie to the jewelry industry. After a stroke in 2000 at the young age of 27, Tracy worked hard to regain movement of the left side of her body. No longer able to write with her doiminant hand or take part in previous hobbies like classical piano, she discovered relaxation and peace in designing jewelry, hence the debut of Bead Your Habit. She is always looking for new techniques and media with which to experiment. In addition to wire wrapping, Ms. Tracy also creates her own lampwork beads. She lives in Chicago with her husband.
